High Short Hooded GP40's are not easy catches these days across the Pan Am system, as only 3 of the remaining 7 are still in service. So if you are a fan of these future Museum Pieces, and you catch 371, 374, or this one in your travels, you are fortunate. Here was MEC 380 as it was secured in Bow this past weekend being used as the current road power based out of Nashua.

One useless factoid.. When this locomotive was built in 1966 originally for Norfolk & Western, the Beatles had yet to release their Revolver album. But this old workhorse is still getting it done..
