Don't know why #449 of Friday March 1, 2019 experienced a half hour plus departure delay out of Boston but the shadows on track 1 were getting longer as the overpowered 4 car train approached the Wellesley Farms MBTA station. If I had any say in the matter I would have run 449 on the sunnier track 2. Note pole lines are back as wayside fiber optic cable has been strung for PTC implementation by the MBTA.
