One of the last production runs of PS-1 40 ft boxcars.Note short ladders all around,and absence of all roofwalk hardware.Out of the photo is low position brakewheel These cars were built 1 month before the mandatory LOW BRAKE / SHORT LADDERS / NO ROOFWAKLK requirement went into effect.
