The local from Framingham, that served Newton Upper Falls and Needham Industrial Center, is crossing the Charles River from Dover to Needham. BAR power, contracted to work the summer season on the Pennsylvania RR, was able to fulfill the agreement, closer to home.

Can't speak to the continued existence of BAR GP7 #69 but the trestle is still there and is expected to become part of the Bay Colony Rail Trail if and when the town of Dover can get its act together.
