NECR blocks the CSX B&A main line

NECR Palmer local 603 is making up the northbound 611 road train and has left a cut of tank cars straddling the CSX mainline for several minutes as the GP38/SD40-2R combo shuffles blocks of cars north of the diamond. PTC is coming to the CSX B&A and the turnout in the foreground is actually one of two split rail derails that will be installed on the PTC-exempt NECR line on the north and south sides of the diamond. These turnouts should derail any rogue move on the NECR that doesn't have the authority to cross the CSX main.
