PL-1 is passing through Medfield, MA, about to cross the Charles River. The vantage is King Phillip's Overlook, on the Sherborn side of the river. The setting is now Medfield State Forrest.

Love the PC shots...not the most colorful, ( neither is NS unless its Heritage units) but it was always interesting with the mixture of power.

This is a beautiful picture and it is all the more special because this train is destined to be passing within two miles of my house in a few hours. Sudbury, here we come!!!
