Wake up call.

Starting from Boston, chasing Grand Trunk 393 from Portland to Island Pond, made for a long day. With Sunset came strong incentive to continue up Rt.105, for an overnight in Newport, Vermont. After feeding ourselves and the car, the most, budget wise accommodations were found, near the CP yard, "under the stars". Earlier than hoped for, CP train 917 had finished building and was on the move. Mist, off Lake Memphremagog, didn't help the "sunrise" light readings. But train 917 had the power, a loud horn and was clearly in a rush for the border. We joined the rush and things finally came together on Rt. 105 in Troy, Vermont.
