Amtrak 449 at Framingham - F40s, Heritage cars, and MHCs -1

By no means a great photo (scan of a print) but this capture has some historic significance showing pre-Amfleet / Genesis Amtrak Lake Shore Ltd consist. Only a single Amtube car is in the consist, trailing a number of Budd-built heritage cars. And at the end are a handful of Material Handling Cars hauling freight and express. One or two Roadrailers would be added at Springfield. Amtrak Mail & Express turned many passenger trains into 20+ car freight train behemoths and only operated 5+/- years. I believe this capture was taken in the late '90s pre-Conrail breakup (1999).
