Acela Train 2167 Passing Kingston Station After a Rain Shower

Amtrak Aceal 2011, operating as train 2167, speeds west through Kingston Station between rain showers on a dreary, grey afternoon. The lead pantograph leaves a nice plume of moisture as it wipes recent rainfall from the overhead wire; even the pantograph on the rear unit is creating a plume in the distance. Westbound Acelas meeting easbounds at High St.in Westerly have a straight track 1 move at Kingston, despite the work on track 2 to the west, and generally proceed west at close to the 150 mph limit
