Conrail FRSE accelerates through Ashland, MA

A trio of C30-7As and a B23-7 lead FRSE west toward Selkirk. On the left is the old (and still standing) former Telechron clock factory building that GE closed in 1992. Presumably Ashland HS got its "Clockers" name from this once important factory.

Photographed by John Barlow.
Added to the photo archive by John Barlow, September 7, 2019.
Railroad: Conrail.
