Amtrak 66 arrives RTE

Amtrak's overnight Newport News to Boston train #66 arrives Route 128 station on a foggy Sunday morning in June 2010 at around 7:45 AM. Catenary east of New Haven was likely turned off for maintenance so a pair of P42s were appended to the HHP-8 electric from DC to bring the train to Boston. The New Haven to Boston schedule for #66 is a leisurely 3 hours to cover about 150 miles (#66 makes all stops en route) so diesels won't be an impediment to timekeeping.
