It's a bit congested at various NECR crews switch at the small ex-CV yard at Palmer in August 2018. RailTex acquired New England Central in 1995 and then in 2000 RailTex itself was acquired by Rail America (owner of the GP40-2LW 3039) which in turn was acquired by Genesee & Wyoming in 2012. Whew!
