Thompsonville

Penn Central thought enough of the Thompsonville, CT station on the Hartford Line to add a new PC-regulation station sign and repair the sash in the agent's bay. It was either still functioning as a train order office or had recently been used as such. The train order signal is just visible. Sadly, the sturdy 19th century brick building was demolished.
