A westbound CSX manifest on track one, throttles off as it approaches CP140 off in the distance. A eastbound CSX manifest sits on the opposite side of the signals of CP140 also on track one. The two trains will meet face to face and do a crew swap before the eastbound switches over to track two and continues east and clears the way for the westbound. Both trains were swapped to track one so Amtrak 449 could pass both trains on track two just a few minutes earlier.
