This heavyweight coach still sports good New Haven paint and no doubt has served all over the system at one time or another I don't recall these older New Haven veterans getting the PC beauty treatment. The maintenance crews have pride enough to see that the window shades are all (save one) at the same height and all the seats are turned as it awaits ts commuter assignment at South Station.
