Fun while they lasted!

United Aircraft's entry into the rail market in the late '60's provided a very scenic, engineer's view from Boston to NYC, if you were fortunate enough to ride in the dome, behind the crew quarters. This was my favorite to ride as a young boy. Unfortunately, the train was plagued with mechanical issues and was relatively unsuccessful as a result. Here in Attleboro, MA
