NEGS 2555 in Northfield @ NH 132 North Crossing

Here was the New England Southern Crew as they headed south with six empty centerbeam cars they grabbed in Lochmere on Monday 5/4. The empties were set off by the Plymouth & Lincoln Crew earlier in the day.

The ties are part of a large replacement project on the Plymouth and Lincoln's portion of the White Mountain Branch from Lochmere to Thornton.

The NEGS Crew, here, passed through one of two crossings on Route 132 in Northfield This was taken at the northern of the two crossings. Besides the loyal NEGS followers, many people in the communities of Tilton and Northfield were happy and curious to see this longer than usual train pass by,

The empties were set off in Concord, on the "Team Track", for Pan Am's Nashua Crews to take them further along..

Always great to the catch the New England Southern Crew in action, they seem to be on the right track !
