That's an eastbound at the water treatment plant crossing in Erving. There are no crossings nor triple track in Millers Falls.

Wow, the brush has grown up in the past 44 years! The photographer would be standing just off Route 2 eastbound, about a tenth of a mile west of the Erving Paper Mill. The plant was fairly new in those days.
