Two things you likely won't see at Wellesley again...

The Boston Red Sox once had a closer named Papelbon and Wellesley MA used to have freight trains. On this summer day in 2006, a young Sox fan waits for an MBTA train to go to Fenway Park but first Q168 pig train passes east with its short consist of bare tables headed for Beacon Park. Freight service no longer operates east of Framingham (and no IM service operates east of Worcester) on these former B&A tracks. But the Red Sox beat the Orioles this day 11-9 with Pap getting the save!
