After the impressive rainfall all holiday weekend, the Memorial Day gloom was followed by a day of welcome sunshine on Tuesday's southbound B&R train. The first twelve cars behind the engines proved to be loaded VTR ballast cars followed by today's general freight -- and the Memorial Day spirit still lingers as the "colors" are proudly and brilliantly displayed atop the first car of stone.
