7541 with the "Ukraine Mane"

The former CSX C40's and B40's that still wear their tattered paint under Pan Am ownership have been subject to various nose and tail augmentations over the years they have been employed on these rails. We have seen an assortment of applied colors for example: red, pink, sky blue, green, white, gray, purple, and even a "minion eye" on the nose of a B40.

At least, this nose job is in good taste, in support of the Ukrainian people, which recently and tastefully applied to 7541. Unlike others in high profile political positions who have shown support for Ukraine showing the Ukrainian flag upside down, the nose painters got the flag correct with the blue on top of the yellow. Several of the B40's have show the "Ukraine Mane" as well.

May the political powers that be, do what they can ASAP to end the unnecessary destruction and bloodshed over there.
