Guilford SEPO at Clinton

Some time after the Conrail break-up in 1999 but likely before GRS changed its name to Pan Am in 2006, an ex-Conrail C40-8W, owned by CSX as the yellow numbering under the cab indicates, lugs train Selkirk - Portland up the Worcester Main under the CSX Agriculture branch at Clinton, MA. While many years later Pan Am acquired a dozen or so CSX C40-8W units, 7338 wasn't one of them as it now toils for the Washington Eastern RR hauling grain.

Photographed by John Barlow, 2000.
Added to the photo archive by John Barlow, May 20, 2022.
Railroad: Guilford.
