Any guess as to what they are moving under the tarp wrap between the spacer cars?

Does not look like a spent fuel cask. But caboose seems to have radiation shielded windows.

Thank you. No idea what is under the tarp. I asked a Navy guy as it entered the shipyard but of course he didn't divulge.
