Don't know about any CSX sales efforts for MP15s but I've read that CSX is shipping various EMD locomotives such as MP15s, SD40-2s, SD40-3s, etc to Waterville ME for maintenance on M426 trains. So presumably these 2 MP15s on M427 have been repaired and are returning to duty somewhere on the CSX system.
