NA-1 5958 alongside Chauncey Ave in Manchester

From Thursday afternoon, 12/22, here was the NA-1 Crew taking 5958 & company, along with 100 loads of combustible sedimentary rocks to Bow. This was the second such unit train to appear within the past few weeks.

Even though paint does not pull, this was one of the more impressive looking power lineups to ply these NH Rails in quite sometime with power that wasn't tattered, patched, or having a nose or tail painted in some oddball colors.

This impressive lineup of power consisted of:
MEC 5958n (B40-8) former CSXT 5958 (B20-8) & Conrail 5067 (B40-8)
CSXT 956n (ES44AH)
CSXT 7220n (CM44AC) Rebuilt AC4400CW, was CSXT 239
CSXT 7037s (CM44AC) Rebuilt AC4400CW, was CSXT 109

And just like the Christmas rush, the Crews got this big empty sleigh south out of town by early Christmas Eve Day..
