NA-1 502 Alongside Route 3A in Bow

Perfect timing worked out this past Friday, as the NA-1 Crew was coming around the curve where the track follows alongside Route 3A in Bow for a short distance.

They would stop here, well behind the Hall Street crossing circuit, so they can bring the hopper behind 502 to Bow Blue Seal. There was also an empty to grab, too. A tank car, (Not for NEGS), Ciment Quebec Cars, and one of the largest shipments of telephone poles with 7 loads, were with this train.

While 502 has been a fairly common sighting on "These NH Rails" over the years, south facing engines are not. 502 has been the main NA power since early January.

Very nice Jay, the composer adds to the drama of winter railroading.
