PLED .Why doesn't CSX have trackage rights on the springfield line now that they own Pan am who did or does?It takes three railroads to operate cedar hill yard which doesn't have enough business for one.

The entire group of Guilford liners in Connecticut is part of Pan Am SOUTHERN, so NS will be in control of them. Sometime after April Fools Day, the G&W’s Berkshire Eastern will begin operations in your area; so you’ll be seeing more P&W pumpkin 🎃 s on those lines than you ever thought possible!!!
