NS Heritage unit No. 8100 (Nickel Plate Road), NS 2776, and NS 9322 lead a loaded Bow coal train eastbound through North Adams, Mass. on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, June 1, 2012. This was the very first time an NS Heritage unit ventured into New England. The railfan photographers were out in droves chasing this handsome locomotive. The coal train was bound for a power plant in New Hampshire.
