To me, it's hard to beat some of the Canadian horns on Pan Am's 500-series GP40s. A case in point was BA-1 being led by repainted 505 as it and 376 led a rather large 37-car train toward Verso in Bucksport. Even though it meant sacrificing a "smurf" paint scheme, the loco looked pretty sweet!
