Westbound at Zoar Curve.The mystique of this location is based on steam era photos and publicity shots, such as FTs on tank trains. Relentless foliation, however, steadily eliminated all of the easy "whole curve" photo angles. This last vantage, at the top of a gravel working, was already on "short time".by summer 1963.
