Buckling KneesStanding on the Route 67 bridge's guard rail in Schaghticoke, NY, a loaded Bow coal train was caught crossing the bridge just east of Fisherman's Lane. A usual GE trio of Norfolk Southern power was feeling its way eastbound with nearly a hundred hoppers.
