CDOTThis unit, and ex-NH FL-9, was repainted by Metro North to mark 150 years of service on the Hudson Line. The route, being an ex-NYC property, warranted the Central's famed "Lightning Stripe" livery.
This detail shot was taken over the Danbury Rail Musuem's fence looking into CDOT's Danbury layover yard.
The Central never owned any FL-9's. This a neat example of what might have been.
