After the bridge over the Charles River on the Grand Jct. Branch was condemned last week, CSX local B-721 has had no way to get from Beacon Park to Chelsea. Today, the first movement of re-routed CSX freight on LA-2 waits at Third Avenue, Somerville,Mass. for passenger traffic on the mainline.
