G.E. 65 tonner, #1943 leads the "Kennedy Express" southbound towards Newport two days before election day. In about 200 yards, the train will pass the "Piers" where two mothballed aircraft carriers (Sarratoga and Forestall) and a battleship (Iowa) are seen on the fireman's side of the train.
