Atlas Railroad Construction Co. is doing the reconstruction of the ex-Maine Central Rockland Branch. This boom truck, a Western Star, is equipped with couplers on both ends. In this photo, taken at Newcastle on 07/31/01, it is hauling a CANX side-dump car.
