Photo of Connecticut Trolley Museum 836
Connecticut Trolley Museum 836

At the Connecticut Trolley Museum on a warm summer day, one can board a beautifully restored trolley car and enjoy a ride down memory lane. This is New Orleans Public Service (NOPS) Car 836 at the museum's track 2 awaiting the boarding of passengers old and young alike. This car is very beautiful. See other picture for interior. This car is similar to those that are still used in New Orleans today. 836 was built in 1922 and has been in tourist service since 1964.
