A.J. Belliveau's RS-1 #0670 on lease to the Connecticut Central makes a hitch to the sewer sludge tank cars at the Mattabassett Sewer Plant in Cromwell, CT. The cars will be brought to the Middletown Sewer Treatment facility to be refilled. 40,000+ gallons of wonderful perfume every day.
