Provincial Shortline Railway SW-1's #30 and #40 (ex-ST #1406 and #1405)

ST SW-1 switchers #1406 and #1405 were sold to "Provincial Shortline Railway" in December and November '91, respectively, and were repainted into #30 and #40, as seen here. This shot was taken on 2/20/95, with the engines still stored at the Merrill Terminal in Portland, ME. I don't think this "PSR" operation ever actually started. These units then becae LS (Luzerne & Susquehanna) #30 and #40, and are now Tioga Scenic #30 and #40. Thanks again to John Collins for this dispo.
