Action at PalmerCentral Vermont piggyback train 245 starts across the diamond, headed north to St. Albans. CR BOEL waits by the station, pumping air after a couple of unforgettable hours in town. While performing some work, he yanked a drawbar out of an autorack, and used a couple of hours trying to get the car set out.
