Irene flood damage in Charlemont, MA at the Tower Rd bridge. This normally 30' deep cut with a lazy stream was a torrent that damaged property all along rt112 on 8/28.. MOAY makes it's way East with a speed restriction and a watchful eye, as the damage caused along the Deerfield river is just incredible!
