Amtrak train 449 is seen cruising westbound through Pittsfield, Mass. with the Amtrak Heritage engine No. 66 leading in Phase 2 paint, Tuesday, April 17, 2012. The buildings in the background were once part of GE's massive transformer assembly plant. This vista will soon disappear as work is scheduled to begin on a huge ambulance parking garage on the dirt lot in the foreground.
