A little over 4 years ago, evening outbound T train 619 comes through the rock cut on the Needham Cutoff to arrive at Hersey. The cutoff was completed in 1906 permitting New Haven trains on the former NY & NE RR line to reach Boston without having to use the B&A's Highland line.
