Photo of Watertown yard
Watertown yard

The Watertown carhouse still stands in 2017 and some tracks remain in the pavement by the bus sheler, but this storage yard is now a parking lot. The work car in the background was a sand car that distributed grit when weather made rails slippery.

Photographed by Tom Nelligan, July, 1967.
