Ties are being stacked in various locations from the Falmouth Secondary line end out along the Otis rail spur. When ready the rail line out to the UCRTS transfer facility will resume rail traffic. Test trains have already been run on the Otis spur to evaluate what work needs to be done to bring it back online.
