Mass Coastal GP50 2010 has been working what appears to be a MOW train on the Framingham secondary for a couple of weeks now, so it was no surprise to see it working there today (even though it\'s a Saturday and this line is usually quiet). But, it was a real surprise to see this on the end a New York Central System caboose. When the train was spotted later in the day, the caboose wasn\'t on it.
