North Station night

This was a common sight for a couple years in the late 1970s: a Boston & Maine GP7 and a pair of depowered RDCs comprising an MBTA commuter train awaiting its next trip out of North Station. Self-propelled Budds were scarce by this time.

Photographed by Tom Nelligan, November, 1978.
Added to the photo archive by Tom Nelligan, May 23, 2018.
Railroad: MBTA.
