West Upton station

Passenger service on the Grafton & Upton ended in 1928, but fifty years later the classic country station at West Upton, MA, was still standing. I believe it was being used as an office by a local business. G&U S4 1001 switched hoppers outside the old depot on a February 1978 morning.

Photographed by Tom Nelligan, February, 1978.
