I had a subscription to the OER a couple years ago. I let it expire because several railroads, including B&M and FEC, did not bother to list their cars any more. Don't know if that has since changed. Given that an intermdoal train without an FEC car or 2 is uncommon, the OER is hardly a complete listing of interchange equipment these days.
