That dwarf signal in the left foreground is the first one I have seen on the former Boston & Maine with a Rule 280a head, "CLEAR TO NEXT INTERLOCKING" when flashing. I'm guessing this is part of the federally-mandated Positive Train Control upgrade. Does anybody have any information on these new signals?
