After dropping their train at the WBC switch and running up to Plaistow to wait for Amtrak 686 with 99213/145. L080 with MEC 507w went east from track 2 to get their signal and then head west down track 1 to run around their train. They would grab their train and do switching at WBC (1 load in 1 empty out). They had already done Altrista in North Andover & at Broco Energy in Haverhill.
